Well, it's Christmas Eve in Columbus, Ohio, I am wanted to wish all my readers a Merry Christmas.
This time of year is a time a great joy for some and deep grief for others. Whatever the case I hope for your peace, health, and prosperity.
The priests of Israel were given a blessing from the Lord to speak over the Children of Israel. This blessing was real and it accomplished what it was meant to do: Bless His people. I would like to bless you with the same blessing:
The Lord will bless you and will keep you.
The Lord will make His face to shine upon you
And He will be gracious to you
And the Lord will lift His countenance to you
And will establish shalom for you.
The Lord is Yahweh in Hebrew meaning "I Am." Whatever you need, my friend, He is!
Shalom is a special Hebrew word meaning: Peace, health, and prosperity. These are the tree basic needs and wants of every person and this can be yours...just receive this blessing as my gift to you.
However, the real gift is the promised Messiah who came to offer full salvation to mankind. It is His birth that many celebrate at this time. His salvation is full and complete. It brings to us redemption & reconciliation to put us in right standing with God. His salvation brings us health by the stripes He bore in His body. Jesus' salvation also brings us provision because He bore the earth curse of thorns on His brow. And finally, His complete salvation conquered the power of satan and his demons so we can live at peace in our soul.
As with any gift, the only way to possess it is to receive it by faith. I hope you will receive this gift of God...eternal life through Jesus Christ the Lord.
